The area of work in media that most appeals to me is the marketing and advertising industry. I've chosen three different jobs that interest me and looked at them in further detail: marketing executive, advertising media planner and public relations officer. After collecting all of the relevant information, it's apparent that choosing to do a degree in either advertising or marketing will give me the best chance in securing a job in that sector, and getting my foot in the door, alongside some work experience to get some hands-on experience that employers will value just as highly as my degree.
